Event Photography
Event photography is an immensely popular addition to any event or function. Whether formal, relaxed, individual or teamed, we capture great images every time.

Event photography can be used for annual reports, company publications, public relations, websites and gifts.

Whatever event you are planning, university ball, conference or themed corporate event, for 5 or 5000 guests, we can deliver great pictures instantly or upload them onto our website for viewing later.

For large-scale events a team of two, three or more photographers can be arranged. Our professionally trained team of photographers all have experience in event photography and are CRB checked.

We arrive approximately an hour before the event is due to start to set up our fully equipped digital studio (If requested), this is carried out with minimal fuss and disruption.

Guests can be given the red carpet treatment and photographed as they enter the venue as well as at any time during the course of the event. We can stay until the end of the event or up to an agreed finish time, after which all photographs are uploaded to our secure on-line web gallery.

The photographs can then be viewed (subject to password protection), selected and purchased in a variety of different sizes. There is no obligation to purchase any photograph at any time.

We also photograph Sports Events both amateur and professional.

For events held in aid of a charitable cause we may be able to provide our entire service free of charge and make a donation from the sale of photographs to the evening’s cause.
