The business headshot and portrait session for individuals includes.

Up to 2 hours studio time, allowing for changes to clothing and lighting.

There will be both colour and black & white photographs to choose from.

The photographs are captured in high resolution "RAW" format for maximum control over the final image.

Business headshot sessions can be in the studio or on location at your office, industrial estate, shopping centre, hotel, just about anywhere. Different backgrounds and full-length body photos can be taken as well.

During the headshot session regular breaks will be taken to view the images and to chat about the next steps.

A password protected web-gallery with 100’s of images from the session will be uploaded so that you can spend more time choosing the right image.

All chosen images are delivered to you via electronic download. The basic package includes 4 high-resolution images in colour, with unlimited printing rights. You will also receive the same 4 images in a lower resolution, ideal for websites, emails, LinkedIn profiles and social media sites.

The price is £175.00 Inc. VAT, extra images from the session are available and are £25.00 each.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, I work 7 days a week, most sessions are usually shot between 10.00 am and 16.00 pm Monday to Friday, weekends are by special arrangement.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, bank transfers and credit/debit cards.

Is VAT included?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

Do you keep images taken after the session?

All images are archived for six months, which means you can order additional prints, downloads or CD’s. After six months you probably don’t want old images and it’s time to think about a new studio session for a fresh set of headshots.

What to bring.

Bring a wide selection of both casual and formal clothes. Extreme darks, lights and solid colours photograph the best. Avoid logos (unless it’s your company logo), distracting patterns and stripes, this includes large necklaces and earrings, less is more. For casual looks bring t-shirts, vest tops, plain shirts and blouses. We will go through them to pick the best. For corporate headshots, bring a more formal top and jacket.

Hair & makeup.

Wear your hair as you would to a business meeting or interview, so that the headshots look like you. Style your hair as you normally would before you leave home. If you have long hair and intend to have some photos with your hair up and down, come along with your hair down. If you wish to have a makeup artist at the shoot this can be arranged. This will be charged to you separately, direct from the makeup artist. If you have a makeup artist already, you can bring them along instead.
