Self-tapes.

A professionally produced Self-tape with quality lighting and great sound can help get you to the next stage in the audition process. Coming to my studio to record your self-tape will remove all the stress, hassle and doubt associated with shooting a Self-tape at your home. Allowing you to concentrate on giving a great performance.

Casting directors and Producers review a large number of self-tape auditions, unfortunately many of these are quickly discarded and deleted due to their poor quality.

A professionally produced self-tape with quality lighting and great sound can help get you to the next stage in the audition process. Coming to my studio to record your self-tape will remove all the stress, hassle and doubt associated with shooting a self-tape at your home. Allowing you to concentrate on giving a great performance.

The self-tape session starts with a relaxed run through of your script with no cameras on. You are more than welcome to bring along a fellow actor to be your reader or I can help you. Don’t forget to bring an extra copy of the script or email one to me when you book a session.

When you are feeling comfortable we will shoot a couple of takes to get the best results. You can use props during the recording, just please don’t bring anything too dangerous into the studio.

Self-taping sessions are relaxed, friendly and never rushed with most sessions being between 30 and 60 minutes long.

During the editing stage front and end cards/slates can be added containing all the required information. The finished HD quality self-tape is then sent to you for digital download, copies of the self-tape can also be sent to casting directors and agents.

Self-tape sessions cost £50.00.

NB. Everyone who books a Headshot session with me receives a FREE Self-tape session.

I’m sure you will have some questions so don’t hesitate to contact me for a no obligation chat about any of my services.

Showreel Editing Service.

Having a showreel is very important, almost as important as having good headshots. It is a vital marketing tool helping you to reach casting directors.

Showreels are not full length feature films, they are short, compact videos, edited to concentrate on you and your acting abilities.

We start by reviewing all of your existing footage together and arranging it into a rough edit that shows you at your best without overly disrupting the flow of the original scene. Other actors with-in the original scenes will have their screen time reduced so as to maximise your screen time.

Your new showreel should have a natural flow to it making an impact on the viewer, as we all know first impressions count.

The fee includes two edits, the first initial edit and a second revision edit should it be needed. Extra edits are charged at £35.00 per hour.

The first edited version of your new showreel will be uploaded and viewable on my website. It’s a private non-public password protected area of my website.  You, your agent and anyone you give the password to can view the video. It is at this stage that you can take as long as you like to review the video and make notes about any revision you would like. If you would like to make any changes to your showreel after a consultation the second edit will take place. If you don’t want to make any changes the finished video will be sent to you for digital download. I can also post the video to your agent and upload it to your Spotlight page and YouTube channel.

Included in the price is any colour correction and sound processing  that may be needed. A slate can be added to the showreel displaying any contact details you would like.

The final edited video and all the original footage is then archived and available for any future showreels edits you may require.

Whether you have too much or too little footage the best thing is to contact me to discuss all your options.

Showreel editing service is £120.00.

Do you want to add a monologue or duologue to your showreel.

Contact me for a no obligation chat, monologues prices start from £175.00.
